Really? A group of residents in New York City are mad because the bar next door is too loud.
We can all empathize with that. However, these residents decided to hang panties on a clothes line in an attempt to solve the problem. I don’t understand. If anything, isn’t that a sure-fire way to get more people to come to the bar???
